Ready to go

If you are reading this well done you followed your instructions and now we are blogging.
I plan to post some info as soon as I can in Malawi, I understand there is an internet cafe in Blantyre.
The suitcase is closed and includes 5 deflated footballs and some shortbread!
The programme for the study visit looks great but it is jam packed,we are meeting the education minister, folks running VSO and education services in Blantyre. We visit 4 schools and I have 3 days in one of them, I haven't decided on primary or secondary yet having a foot in each camp.
we are however fitting in under our own steam an overnight stay at Mzuu Wilderness Camp! "What was that noise!"
My son is green with envy and has asked me to bring him back an elephant.
It is the rainy season so home from home then.
More soon thanks for loging on.

Hi Julie
Alan showed me how to get in touch with you - how are you getting on? Everyone is thinking about you. It's certainly one trip I would love to make some day. Are you missing your Friday night party at your mum's house tonight and of course your family! I bet not school.... If you get a minute please give me an update and I'll spread the word at school. Love from Eileen, Joe, Ewan, Paul and Alan xxxxxxx

Hello from Spain. I was born in Zimbabwe half a century ago and have lost contact with my only niece who lives in Malawi, she is an Interior Decorater; I believe one of the best, she used to be Eleanor Fernandes, but married a gentleman called Habib. She is my late sisters daughter, and I would LOVE to hear from her, Julie, do you think you can help in any way? My e-mail is milibdp@hotmail.com Have a wonderful holiday, I worked in Malawi as a sectretary for Sales Serviced ltd. many years ago and it is a beautiful country which I hope to visit again when I can. We used to have good dart games at the Ace of Spades, also good times around the pool of the Ryalls hotel listening to good music Saturday lunch buffet, very good memories, that wasa long time ago, but I hope thing are even better, have a GOOD time.

Hello again from Spain, hope you are enjoying your stay in Malawi and have you learnt a few words in chichewa? the taxi drivers used to be very friendly and wouldn't take me to my destiny if I didn´t repeat after them how to say it in thier language, does the mount sorchi hotel still exist? what exactly do you teach if you don't mind me asking, if so I'm sorry and have a good time. Best regards and buenas noches desde España.
